Quick Start

Step 1 — Sign Up

Create your Collate account at collateworkspace.com. The process takes less than a minute.

Step 2 — Add Clinic Info

After signing in, you'll be prompted to enter your clinic name, address, timezone, and business hours. This information is used across the platform — in your booking pages, voice agent scripts, and automated messages.

Step 3 — Connect Channels

Head to Settings → Integrations to connect the communication channels your clinic uses. Supported channels include Google (email & calendar), Microsoft 365, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and phone.

Step 4 — Invite Your Team

Navigate to Settings → Team and send invitations to your staff. You can assign roles like Admin, Manager, or Staff to control what each person can access.

You're all set!

With these four steps complete, your clinic is ready to start receiving messages, booking appointments, and managing patient relationships through Collate.
