Head of Growth
Lead Collate's growth strategy and help clinics discover and adopt the platform. You'll own acquisition, activation, and retention from day one.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies to acquire new clinic customers
- Build and optimize marketing funnels and conversion pipelines
- Identify partnership and channel opportunities in the healthcare space
- Work directly with founders to define go-to-market strategy
- Analyze growth metrics and iterate on campaigns based on data
Requirements
- Experience in growth, marketing, or business development
- Track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for healthcare technology and startups
