Terms of Service

These terms define how you can use Collate and what you can expect from us in return.

1. Acceptance

By using Collate you agree to these terms as well as any additional service-specific policies. If you are accessing Collate on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Use of the Service

You are responsible for the content you create within Collate and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree not to abuse the service, attempt to access systems without authorization, or violate applicable laws.

3. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance according to the pricing you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

4. Intellectual Property

Collate retains ownership of the platform, documentation, and trademarks. You retain ownership of content you submit to Collate. We receive a license to host and process that content solely to deliver the service.

5. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time through workspace settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if continued service would violate law. We will provide notice whenever commercially reasonable.

6. Warranty & Liability

Collate is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be settled in the courts of London unless we mutually agree otherwise.
