Dallas '26 Digest
Our takeaways from the plastic surgery conference in Dallas. New customers, new connections, and a front row seat to the AI wave hitting clinical management.

We just got back from Dallas. The plastic surgery conference was one of the most productive events Collate has attended. Three days of nonstop conversations, demos, and learning from the best in the field.
Learning from the Masters
The caliber of surgeons at this conference was extraordinary. We sat in on sessions led by some of the most respected names in plastic surgery. Every conversation gave us a sharper understanding of what clinics actually need from their software. Not what we think they need. What they tell us, face to face, in between sessions.
We connected with industry leaders who are pushing the boundaries of what clinical operations can look like. New bonds were forged. Some of these conversations will turn into long term partnerships.
Growing the Collate Userbase
We acquired multiple new customers during the conference. Clinics that saw the product, understood the value immediately, and signed up on the spot. The userbase is growing and the momentum is real.
The AI Wave in Clinical Management
AI was the dominant topic at every booth and every panel. Customer acquisition powered by intelligent automation. Clinical analytics that surface insights no spreadsheet ever could. Voice agents that handle patient intake without a single human touchpoint. The industry is waking up to what AI can do and clinics that move first will have a massive advantage.
Dr. Roy Kim delivered an eye opening talk on AI in plastic surgery practices. He broke down how AI is already reshaping patient consultations, marketing funnels, and post operative follow ups. It was one of the most forward thinking presentations at the entire conference and confirmed everything we have been building toward at Collate.
Dallas reminded us why we are building Collate. The clinics we talked to are hungry for better tools. They are tired of fragmented systems and manual workflows. We are here to fix that.
