Collate Joins Founders Inc Canopy

We just got selected into the Founders Inc Canopy program — a 5 week sprint with support from the mentors and the wider community. We want to use this opportunity to keep building fast and be even more ambitious.

The program already started with a requirement to report progress every Friday. That single constraint pushes us to ship faster and gives us an external body to answer to. We had already established this cadence internally, but now we have people outside the company who don't have mercy for delays or slowness.

Ship It Fridays

With weekly "ship it" sessions every Friday, we identify ambitious weekly goals and work hard towards achieving them. The week compresses around those checkpoints and everything gets sharper.

Through the program, we hope to continue the momentum we gained recently to keep building and shaping our product.
