What We've Been Up To at Collate Labs
We have been busy. Really busy. At Collate Labs our goal is simple: make work feel less like work. Over the past few months we have been building two things we are really excited about: Collate Terminal and Collagent AI.
Collate Terminal
Think of all the apps you use every day such as chat, docs, tasks, files, project boards. It is a mess, right? Collate Terminal pulls all of that into one clean space. No more hopping between tabs and wondering where that file went. You get:
- Chats, docs, tasks, and notes all in one place
- Auto organization that adapts to your team
- Simple file sharing, real time project updates, and unified comms
- Integrations with the tools you already use
Basically one tab instead of twelve.
Collagent AI
On top of that we have Collagent AI. It is like having an extra teammate who never sleeps:
- Handles repetitive stuff you should not waste time on
- Pulls up the info you need when you need it
- Spots patterns in how your team works
- Gives smart nudges so you can focus on the big things
Collate Terminal and Collagent AI talk to each other constantly, keeping things synced, spotting inefficiencies, and making life smoother.
Our Look
We have also been shaping how Collate Labs feels from the outside. Our design vibe is clean and sharp:
- Colors: light cream, green, purple, black, and brown
- Typeface: Exo 2 which is sleek, modern, and flexible
What's Next
Our motto is Shift → Tab → Select → Ship. We are here to cut out the noise so teams from scrappy student projects to scaling startups can focus on what matters.
Next up: more integrations, smarter AI workflows, and opening the doors to teams who want to try the future of work now, not later.
