TL;DR: We applied to Y Combinator X26, secured our first two customers, and have been building around the clock from our new office.
Big things have been happening at Collate. We officially applied to Y Combinator for the X26 batch. Putting together that application forced us to distill everything we have been building into a clear, sharp narrative. Who we are, what we are solving, and why now. It was one of those moments where you step back, look at how far you have come, and realize the momentum is real.
On the customer front, we have locked in our first two customers. This is a huge milestone for us. These are not just sign-ups on a waitlist. These are real businesses that trust us enough to integrate Collate into their daily operations. Every conversation with them sharpens our product and validates that we are heading in the right direction.

And then there is the office. We have been building 24/7 from our new space. Whiteboards covered in flows, monitors glowing at all hours, and the kind of energy you only get when a small team is fully locked in. The office has become our launchpad. No distractions, just building.
